eSlip / Terms of use

Terms for the eSlip website.

Terms of use

Effective: · Version 1.0

Provider and scope

The website is provided by TranzX Kft. See Company details for identification and contact information. These terms apply to the eSlip information website and contacting us through it. No registration is required to browse the website.

Information and availability

The website provides information about eSlip and its availability. The first receipt-reporting edition is planned for free use on Android and iOS. “Coming soon” is an availability notice, not a committed launch date or an existing store offer. The website offers no ordering, payment or subscription; browsing it does not create an agreement to use the application.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code or infringing others’ rights is prohibited. When contacting us, provide only the information needed for your enquiry and do not share information obtained without authorisation.

Intellectual property and external links

The eSlip name, brand assets, texts and other content are protected by their respective rights holders. Viewing the website grants no further licence, without restricting uses permitted by law. External websites are governed by their providers’ own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable website; maintenance or technical faults may cause interruptions. The website itself does not perform receipt reporting, and product information does not replace advice on an individual tax or legal matter. These terms do not limit liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact, changes and governing law

Send questions or complaints to support@tranzx.hu. Updated terms are published here with an effective date and version; publication alone does not create retroactive obligations. Hungarian law applies without prejudice to mandatory EU and consumer protections. Hungarian and English versions are intended to convey the same information; in the event of a discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails subject to mandatory rights.
