Submitting a request
To request erasure of personal data processed by TranzX in connection with eSlip, email privacy@tranzx.hu. Use the subject “eSlip – data deletion request” and include the email address or contact needed to identify your case. If your request concerns an earlier tester account, state this too. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity document copies with your initial request.
Identification and response
Requests are handled at privacy@tranzx.hu. Where necessary, we ask for proportionate verification and clarify the data or account concerned. We inform you of the action taken, or the reasons for refusal, within the GDPR time limit. Sending an email does not perform immediate automatic deletion.
Deletion and required retention
We erase personal data where the conditions for erasure are met. If records must be retained for a legal obligation or claim, we explain the limitation, the categories concerned and the reason for retention. Account deletion cannot unlawfully remove records subject to a separate retention obligation.
Website accounts
This website offers no account registration or sign-in. Closing the website or ending email contact does not require account deletion. See the Privacy notice for data processing and remedies.
